From the first test drive and the advice with it on the second drive, friendly through and through. Also advising if it didn’t benefit them to make my decision easier.

In the end chose the Model 3 and still very happy with it. When the seat was a bit loose during delivery I was able to schedule a home visit first. When it didn’t solve the problem a week later I could come to my appointment. Do a touch-less drop off and work from their location. Not even two hours later all was fixed.

I would definitely recommend coming here if you are thinking about a Tesla or doing a service!

Come on it’s Tesla. I’m just a big fan.
Besides that we went here to look at the Model 3 for the Dutch introduction. The staff was really nice and helpful. One of the girls was new to Tesla so I ended up updating some of her information 😁.
The hostess from the Duiven location was awesome! She knows her stuff and made the wait in line go by really fast.

Friendly personnel, even though I indicated I only went there out of curiosity and wasn't in the market for a car, they still were helpful and showed me around the cars. The store is a bit small, only room for about 3 cars, but it's tidy and has a clean, modern look.

The employees are very service minded. My car could not be fully repaired for 3 weeks due to their schedule but they took the time to ensure that I could still drive safely. Really appreciate their effort!
