We were looking to buy a house in Den Haag and found the entire process quite challenging until we engaged the services of Jeannet.

We were accompanied to each viewing (and we had a ton of those) and given expert advice about the state of the houses and if we wanted to proceed what were things to look out for (including super accurate estimates of house valuations, estimates of work required as well as what conditions we should put in the buyer contract).
After a ton of viewings we found our dream house. Jeannet managed the bidding process and we ended up with a good price. She arranged the structural inspection and valuations in a timely manner. We were both very happy with how detailed/informative these were and they gave us new insights into the purchase process.

If you are looking for a new home, I highly recommend using Mevrouw de Aankoopmakelaar. The staff are professional, fast at replying, know what they are doing and work hard to make their customers number one. My personal story reflects the professionalism of Mevrouw de Aankoopmakelaar. I spoke with Jeannet once, in mid-2021, about buying a house. Several personal issues occurred, and I did not proceed with buying a house and using this company. However, in June of 2023, I found the perfect home for me after doing a random search on Funda. I emailed Jeannet and she immediately remembered me and responded asap. She moved her schedule around to view the house within 24 hours and took time to explain everything and organized a bid within 2 days, which I won. While she was away for vacation, Sabine stepped in seamlessly and handled all the paperwork information until Jeannet returned from vacation. We had a few problems along the way, but again, the company took care of all the issues immediately. Again, I recommend using these folks for any real estate matters.

Wij zochten al een tijd naar een huis toen ons Mevrouw de Aankoopmakelaar werd aangeraden.
Wat ons deed besluiten ja te zeggen tegen hen is dat we vanaf het eerste contact de ervaring, het netwerk en de service konden zien en merken.
