Yoga Studio Winfried Termaaten

My interest for Yoga and alternative healings techniques was fully triggered during a trip to Bali and I found my way to Winfried studio, upon my return to the Hague. Since then, I tried different kind of techniques to free and energize my flow of energy.
I have a very hectic work and travelling schedule and the Hatha yoga session have really allowed me to exercise and practice my breathing control and get more ‘grounded’, even if unfortunately cannot attend as regularly, as I would like!
The ‘Vortex healing’ is just amazing experience ! I have benefitted from group session at the studio and at a distance. You really need to try it, to know how it can truly boost you . The influx of energy you feel and receive is experienced differently depending on the person, however for me it is always truly bewildering!
Last, but not least, I took the first-degree initiation of Reiki a couple of months ago, after having an healing session with Winfried. I must say that since, I use and practice it, in my daily life . On myself and members of my close surrounding, as a stress reducer mainly and to release blocked energy.
I cannot recommend enough to add all of these healing techniques, added to the constant caring guidance of Winfried to your search for your inner balance.

I have known Winfried for 15 years and consider myself lucky to be friends with such an outstanding yoga teacher. His expertise, skills and personal charisma had a positive impact on my family. I enjoyed every minute of Winfried’s yoga classes which were well structured, relaxing and energising. And most importantly, they had a tremendous healing effect on my younger daughter. She had been suffering from frequent kidney and urinary tract infections from early age for years and had been taking large doses of antibiotics which did not solve the problem. That’s when I decided to try the non-traditional therapy and asked Winfried to develop yoga exercises aimed at curing my daughter’s medical condition. It did not take long before all the symptoms of the infection disappeared and her health was restored without medication. Since then my daughter did not show any signs of this infection for the last seven years. Winfried has done an amazing job and I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for his dedication and love.

Ik volg al bijna 18 jaar wekelijks de Yoga 🧘‍♀- lessen bij winfried.... na al deze jaren is t nog steeds heel fijn om te gaan ! De lessen hebben altijd een goede opbouw en afwisseling in inhoud . Ik ervaar t als zeer prettig dat je je eigen mogelijkheden kan benutten tijdens de oefeningen en niet gepusht wordt om verder te gaan dan voor jou goed voelt . Verder is Winfried een schat van een man / mens ... altijd zeer attent ! ... en inspirerend in zijn overdenkingen , hetgeen je ook op dit vlak ( geestelijk-) voeding geeft .... Er is veel extra’s wat hij te bieden heeft , zoals Oa de vortexhealing en de Yoga Nidra . Kortom een prachtige yoga studio en een hele prettige ( les ) prijs , waardoor t voor iedereen betaalbaar blijft/ is . Succes met jouw keuze 👍🏼🧘‍♀..

Met zijn enorme kennis en wijsheid is iedere les weer anders. Luister maar naar wat hij te vertellen heeft. Die boodschap mag je zomaar mee naar huis nemen. Het kan allemaal in het centrum van Den Haag.
