This music store exceeded my expectations! When I went in with a broken string, the owner kindly replaced the pack free of charge, without even asking for a receipt. Their willingness to help with any problem makes it a truly exceptional place. Highly recommend!

Klein maar fijn

Klein zaakje in Den Haag in de Boekhorststraat. Per ongeluk terecht gekomen maar fijn geholpen en wordt goed meegedacht. Een Korg keyboard met speakers hier gekocht.
Ook na aankoop goed geholpen. Had idee dat er een storing in de apparatuuur zat maar dat bleek niet het geval. Dus ook afterservice is hier goed geregeld.

Goed geholpen door Ali van Biiz Muziekinstrumenten. Hij kwam met goede adviezen en oplossingen voor mijn gewenste muziekinstrument. Klein zaakje maar lekker oplossingsgericht. Geen moeite is te veel en prijzen zijn ook heel concurrerend. Zeker een aanrader!

Not open when it says it is. Haven’t seen the inside yet.. every time I have tried to go, it is closed.

Via marktplaats een speaker (Sound Projects X-act) gekocht waarvan de hoogdriver defect zou zijn maar de rest in goede staat (getest, volgens vermelding door Biiz). Bij ontvangst blijkt ook de 10” defect én is de behuizing aan elkaar gekit waardoor restaureren onmogelijk is. Na melding te maken volgt vanuit Biiz “wij verkopen tweedehands en niet onze zorg”.

Winkel is dicht vanwege de vakantie. Misschien even op je website zetten en tijden op Google aanpassen. Had me 2x een half uur gescheeld.
