Great coffee, lunch and snacks. They serve coffee from Bocca, which are one of my favorite roasters!

Lovely staff. Very good coffees and sandwiches. Charming and relaxing atmosphere and nice decoration. Very clean toilets. Just in the historical city center and for that reason I think it is a little bit expensive as expected in this kind of areas.

Perfect place. So yum! Friendly people. Can’t wait to go there again!

Busy coffee shop serving food. Had a cheese toasted sandwich but the chutney overpowered everything and it was super greasy and lacking cheese.

We have a brunch there, with pastry, eggs, sandwich, juice, coffee, and everything was really good. The staff is very kind and the place is beautiful. We recommend it.

We go to the Koffiemolen almost every day either for a takeaway coffee or a sit down.

Jeff and Esmee are fantastic hosts and always make sure you are taken care of. Their team does exactly the same; every time.

They are details people, know that the details matter and you can see that in everything they do at the Koffiemolen.

Such a nice and relaxed atmosphere.
The food and drink was truly excellent.
Really friendly and welcoming staff, all of whom spoke excellent English.
They cafe is very accommodating and accepting of families however this is no way affects the overall chilled vibe De Koffiemolen offers in its beautiful surroundings.
A must visit whilst in Alkmaar, we will definitely be back, thank you.

Super sweet staff and cozy interior design. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. I had five minutes to eat before my exam and they quickly made food and gave me a lucky charm. Came back after the exam because of the good impression the staff left on me. Highly recommend!

This is the coziest café you'll find in Alkmaar! The menu is delicious and the baked goods are to die for!!! A wonderful place to relax, get some work done or enjoy time with friends!

The cheese croissant is very delicious 🤤. I didn’t want to eat anything else for awhile because I wanted its taste to last!

Excellent coffee. Very hospitable hosts who takes the time to talk with you and explain the various beans on offer and their distinctive notes.
The new owners just lifted the place’s atmosphere from just another coffee place into a place you want to hang out in whilst enjoying a good tasty cupper.

The owner was very friendly to us. We had a (perfect) croissant, a brie & walnut sandwich, and a (delicious) slice of cheesecake. I highly recommend this place for couples, friends, and families.
