This was our favorite restaurant in Leiden! I'm not always a fan of small plates, but this place does it right.Everything was delicious and our server was attentive and patient. We ordered a special that gave us lots of items for a bit less money. Spritzers were fantastic too. Beautiful view on the canal.

Good execution on the small plates concept (3 plates for a normal sized lunch). The food was good and the view over the canal is enjoyable. Deducting a star from food quality just because the other Dutch restaurants I went to set an unreasonable high bar.

Perfect little place in the town centre.
Usually very busy which is a good sign.
Very service minded and friendly staff which gave us the perfect amount of attention.
Only drawback was that the appel pie was served cold but this might just be lost in translation and as we didn't complain then, I won't complain anymore now.

The fresh mint tea with honey was the perfect solution to a cold day in Leiden. Recommended!

We had really good starters and mains. Everything tasted great. Cocktails are also good and not too pricey.

Excellent food, friendly and efficient staff (Much faster than other restaurants I have visited in the area), good views and reasonable prices. The beer selection is good too! 10/10.

We had our surprise meal here as part of the Leiden Restaurant week. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, for a dinner as couple. We got to taste a great variety of very tasteful food, with many surprising tastes. Although, it were all small bites, we left with completely full bellies. Definitely would like to go there again!
