I been here for a date with my partner, it is such a beautiful place with a friendly birdies walking through the walkaway 🥰 i love the nature vibes, some places is cold and some are warm or hot it depends on the different kind of animal breed. It is not busy if you come around 10-11 in the morning because it will be busy in the midday, everyone here loves nature 🥰 I wish I can come again! Oh yes and the CAFE is so beautiful and instagram able place!

We spent a couple of hours in the orchideeën hof on a rainy day. Fabulous place, not too busy and beautiful animals.
Great for young and old.
Placement of coffee machines close to the cashier in the coffee corner could be improved

The place recreates, tropical forests and houses huge collection of orchids and other tropical plants and flowers. It has running streams with koi carps and turtles. Tiny monkeys and tropical birds could be seen clos, and much more... There is a garderobe, but it may be full. Keep in mind that the temperature in the green house is hot, so plan to dress lightly. You can feed animals and fish but the food should be bought from dispenser inside. There are several cafes and restaurants inside. The place is very popular so it may be crowded on school holidays. Reserve several hours or half a day for the visit. There is a good shop where you can purchase some of orchids and plants that you seen. Parking is big and free.

I will not even try to list all the things that we liked… Everything was extremely well taken care of and looked great! The parrots, toucans and butterflies were our highlights.
The restaurants, the clean restrooms and the shop with super pretty decorations and plants are also worth to mention. So glad we made the visit and would definitely recommend it to everyone!!

Beautiful flowers, incredible setup, lovely walk through where you see all kinds of things. Some animals to view, fish to see, gorgeous mini-cafe with loads of space to sit and dozens of hanging flowers to set the scene, very lovely walk through all round, beautiful gift shop at the end, 10/10 recommended for a day out.

It's our favorite place when it's already cold outside! Gorgeous flower arrangements, good food at the restaurant at the entrance where we stayed quietly without too much noise.

this is a great place to spend time with your family! and a play area for children and a relaxation area. I recommend it to everyone!

Orchideeën Hoeve pleasantly surprised us. It is a botanical garden that focuses on orchids and other tropical plants.
It is situated on a large area and offers a variety of natural attractions, including beautiful flowers, plants, animals, fish, and birds. Parking is free for all visitors. The park has recreated different landscapes to showcase different types of flora and fauna.

The park has clear and interesting descriptions in Dutch, German, and English. There are also various boutiques that sell a variety of products, including flowers, plants, seeds, jewelry, souvenirs, clothing, and more.

The restaurant is large, clean, and has a lovely view of the flowers and stunning landscape. The food offerings are also satisfactory.

Overall, Orchideeën Hoeve is a perfect destination for a day out for young and old. It is a great place to connect with nature and expose your children to the natural world.

Such an awesome experience! The park was nice and arranged to mimic the environment. Was so great to see those huge butterflies fly by, the koi fish, to feed the parrots that would land on your hand. Loved the flamingos too! Would definitely go back for another tour of this place.

Such a beautiful tropical jungle with different types of interior tropical parts! You can go there for a romantic walk and see the butterflies, the different tropical birds, the flamingos and some monkeys. In a very nice tropical layout ideal also for children. There is even a tropical playground :)!

Wonderful experience. I had the best time ever! I stay there with my camera for five to six hours. 😯

I will definitely revisit! I can't get enough of this place. They even helped me with a place to camp and free wifi! ❤🦋

We visited for the Christmas Dream and it was absolutely magical! We'll be back during the day as well, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Tip 1: Buy tickets online to avoid waiting.
Tip 2: Pack an extra set of clothes for kids. After playing at the water area they will need it. Lots of play areas.
Tip 3: Wear comfortable sneakers with good grip. Footpaths and rocks can be slippery from dew and water.
Tip 4: Go early cos there is a lot to see and time flies in there.
Tip 5: Get ready to take pics cos there is beauty all around you in there.
Tip 6: Get coins for feed. You can feed the fishes at different areas, the birds at particular areas, flamingos, etc...fun for both kids and parents.

A very large covered in area, sectioned off, butterfly house, plants some birds and animals. Children's adventure play park. The experience was a bit like walking through a real rain forest with proper paths. A large well laid out food/picnic area. It was interesting for young and old. Huge car park, we went on a Sunday afternoon , not the best time as extremely busy, but it coped. Feed dispensers scattered around to feed the fish/birds/meerkats etc.

Felt like little Amazon jungle.

We crashed here on our way up north.
It was quiet, so the gardens made quite an impression. It is a tour along different styles of environment. Many fish, birds and butterflies. Not cheap, but could imagine the cost of maintenance for animal and vegetation.

Als interesting for family parties or so; easy separated areas for reservation.

The place is amazingly beautiful! I was overwhelmed by the amount of plant species and the beauty of this place. Buut...once I entered the cafeteria, I really had to sit down, it was too much to handle 😄😄😄😍😍😍. AWESOME!

Lovely park to escape from the cold and dark winter. Lots of beautiful and charming flowers blossom around. Very well organised, thematically arranged spaces for inspiration, also you can find useful educational information. Friendly and polite staff ready to help with advice. Not to forget to mention nice animals around the park as monkeys, butterflies, flamingos, parrots and more. Definitely would come back ❤
