My roomates and I have had a terrible experience. They did not lock up the scaffolding ladders when not working. Our apartment was broken into as there was a ladder leading up to the window 24/7 for FOUR MONTHS. It could have even been one of the painters from this company that stole our laptops, wallets, jewelry etc. Also the painters would come to my window and open it from the outside at 8:00 in the morning without any prior notice, waking me up or they would start banging on the window to ask me to open it which was extremely unsettling to wake up to. The would often smoke directly outside our open window making our apartment smell. They would also stare at my roommates and I while we were in our apartment which was uncomfortable and felt like a breach to our privacy. I called and emailed to ask if there was anything that could be done for our stolen property as a result of the ladders which weren’t locked and they hung up on me. Would absolutely not recommend using these people and instead choosing a company that uses safer practices and protects the apartments/ property and privacy of the clients better.
