Dutch Bow Store

I have been coming to Dutch Bow Store for years and have bought 3 bows there by now and still enjoy them. My last purchase of a compound bow I was helped very well. They always take enough time to help you the best they can and I always feel very welcome when I have questions or need advice.

Amazing store, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped me pick and set up my first barebow. Absolutely recommended to anyone interested in getting into archery and buying some quality equipment! Thank you once again!

Excellent service! I placed an order for a complete bow (my first one) and accessories, asking to be notified if some of the items I ordered are not in stock. Received a reply the next day, stating that some items were indeed out of stock but could be refunded or replaced with an item of my choice, while some had to be ordered with a delivery time of one week. I opted for some slightly cheaper replacement items and the refund appeared very quickly on my credit card. The delivery time for the remaining items was indeed one week.

The courier used by the Dutch Bow Store store was GLS, which was perfect from my perspective, since unlike some other international couriers, I am not aware of GLS playing tricks with false attempted deliveries. Another positive aspect was that GLS allowed me to select the domestic courier in Finland – this way, I could opt for the most suitable delivery location for me.

The total delivery time to Finland was 6 business days, which is not bad.

I visited yesterday and just can't get over the outstanding quality of service. I hope those guys get their inflation raise as fast as possible :D They setup my bow, measured my draw length and custom made 6 sets of arrows for 3 different bows. Every piece of equipment that they have you can try out at spot. I had a budget, and i got like 25% more stuff than i expected for the money. I really didn't want to leave that shop :D Thank You!

What service! Simply fantastic! I am a new archer and I had so many questions. I decided to drive from Amsterdam to see the bows I was interested in. I spent the afternoon asking questions, discussing possibilities. The salespeople at Dutch Bow Store were patient and caring. I never once felt pressured or ignorant! It was well worth the drive. I definitely recommend this store. If you do go in person, ask for Chef. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and super patient. It was one of the best consumer experiences I have had in a long time, independent of Archery. Thank you.

Ordered a Timber ilf riser with The Dutch Bow Store to Australia.Wrote in the extra
information that I would like it wrapped in bubble wrap.The existing packaging would have caused nicks and dents from Allen keys and wrench bouncing around.
Bow arrived in excellent condition with tracking.

Easy to navigate website, although a little slow. Anything you need for your bow, you'll find it here. With the worldwide problems, they give you a warning that some orders might take some time. In my case they contacted me, telling some parts would take months to have back in stock and searched with me for an alternative solution. Quick, honest service which I'm more than pleased with. Shipping didn't take so long (to France)

This is the best place we could have gone to get our first bows. You have to wait a bit to get one of the guys to advise you but believe me, is totally worth the wait! Jan Willem took great care of us and put in time to explain the many types of bows and making sure we felt comfortable with it. We are very happy with our purchase and service! Ordered two bows for me and my wife. Communication was outstanding and the bows were made good and ready to shoot. I think this is one of the best stores in The Netherlands when it comes to archery.

Bought three differing bow sets and accessories from the team at Dutch Bow Store. Knowing nothing of archery so I asked many questions of Leon and the team and received informative suggestion back.This was most helpful. The communication through the ordering process was also second to none.

Excellent service, great assortment of bows, accessories and other equipment.

Top service, not only do they provide their products as they should, they also make sure they deliver their products properly and they take lots of care in finishing off the set up on the bows.

My own experience whit them is that they give allot of advice too, keep well in contact trough phone and email and take their time for customers.
I recently bought a hoyt torrex set which they added a peep, sight and stabilizor to. Very well put together, they really know what they are doing.

Also bought a target and transport bag and altough the demand on products is high especially due to the corona crisis they try to deliver as soon as possible. Didnt have to wait long for my products to arrive.

Great customer service, great prices and last but not least great products.

Would 100% recommend buying from Dutchbowstore and I’ll do it again.

Was totally ready to be scammed when I walked in here with too much money and absolutely no knowledge about archery.

I was helped with patience, expertise and friendliness and no rush at all. I spent hours at the store trying different bows, asking and answering questions, drinking coffee,talking about archery, COVID and my work in a hospital.

Called the store over the phone first to discuss buying my first bow, the staff were very helpful and after I ordered it online it was sent very quickly and arrived in a week. Great store, I will shop here again and highly recommend it.
