Landal Coldenhove

Exceeded our expectations for the price. Beautiful nature grounds. All facilities are well maintained and clean. Service very friendly and helpful. We had a 6 person comfort cabin which was private and surrounded by trees. We enjoyed watching all the birds in the morning. Lots to do for children. We were busy the whole weekend and didn’t even get to everything. The indoor playground was the highlight and we spent lots of time there with our little one. There is a wide selection of bikes to rent. We rented electric bikes to bike into nearby forest. Also the restaurant was tasty, reasonably priced, and the fastest service I’ve experienced in the Netherlands. The park shop is convenient for breakfast. For wider grocery selection Jumbo is 5 min drive. Would highly recommend for a family nature getaway.

The park was beautiful with great facilities for the family - pool, playgrounds indoor and outdoor, snack bars, shop and more.
The cabin was great, well equipped kitchen, lots of games for kids, comfy shower and bedrooms. The outdoor area of the cabin included room for dining and very spacious. The whole experience was lovely the entire team and was a great accommodation to explore the country from as well as just stay in the area and enjoy the facilities.
On the down side - english isn’t the strong suite of the staff or the facilities so information for foreign tourist was harder. Additionally there sre very limited amenities in the cabin and for a long stay (10 Days) traveling from abroad was annoying to purchase everything - shampoo, soap for shower or washing hands, soap for dishes, tablet for dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels for kitchen, towels for bathing, towels for pool, linens for bed, basic tea/coffee/sugar/oil.. need a better system to accommodate for these…

Medium size, typical Landal vacation park, located in a wood. We had a service request which was performed 1st class. The staff was very helpful and friendly in total. Coldenhove offers many activities like the outdoor and indoor playground and the swimming center. They also had some shows of Dutch artist like a wizard, who did an awesome show. The park is located close to Veluwe Zoom which makes our perfect for outdoor activities like hiking or biking. We definitely recommend this park.

The kids had so much fun. The pool is amazing, covered and warm and open until 10PM. So even after spending the whole day outside, you can still make it to the pool.
There is a descent supermarket (I wish it was opened more hours) and several types of restaurants. We mainly ate in our cabin, preparing our own meals. The kitchen is rich and has everything you need.
Internet service (~ €30 per week) is stable and fast.
The reception girls are mostly friendly. Reception open only at 9AM-6PM, I wish it was opened earlier.
It is quite annoying you need to bring everything with you, including toilet paper and soap. But those are minor issues you can easily overcome.

Great resort, as expected from Landal.
The other Landal parks around have a better location, but it's still a great experience.

Really great place to spend time with family and friends! In the middle of the forest and nature, it's really relaxing! The kids will love the entertainment (bowling alleys, swimming pool, escape room,...). The restaurants offer great food! You have to try the restaurant with the greenhouse and the swing chairs!

3rd time back this year. We love it that much. Plenty to do at the park and the surrounding area. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The bungalows are always clean and well appointed. I only wish we could stay longer than a week each year...

Lovely holiday parc in the middle of nature, we got a stand alone bungalow next to the exit into the forest, which was awesome, from there we could do numerous walks through the woods and through heather fields. Had dinner in the greenhouse part of the restaurant on site (where dogs are allowed to take with you) and food was of very good quality and ambiance was nice and cosy (romantic). We had a great long weekend there!

Very nice holiday park with lots of entertainment for kids. Some of the bungalows are outdated but the overall quality is good. The park has lots of facilities and is located close to various other attractions and nature.

Nice camping in the forest there in an exit/entry at back of the camping which is a shortcut to arrive at Veluwe Zoom (quick way to get to knooppunt 32, which a nice spot)
The camp pitches are all different, but in general hughe. However we had some unluck to have the smallest of all, number 170. Nice for tent or RV but not for caravan. And pitch 170 is whole day without sun

Had a very pleasent stay at Coldenhove. Very spacious house, clean and well maintained. Had dinner at timber on one occasion and it was very good. Pool is small but sufficient.
Playgrounds everywhere. Helpfull maintenance staff and a very quick check in.
Will be coming back here.

Very relaxing place. Can sit outside listening the singing birds. Their place is well maintained I guess coz I saw worker cleaning the street lights. And electricians checking the electric of the 🏘

Very nice park, with lots of space between the houses. Great new restaurant. Great for kids to play. Interior of the houses is of good quality.

Very nice vacation park - large, with fireplaces in many houses, multiple first trail access and all infrastructure on site (restaurant, supermarket, equipment rental etc.)

Great facilities, rooms slightly smaller than I thought they would be. Still adequate, clean and decor good. Nice pool and play area.

We visited a few times and love it. The location is great and the service is awesome.
