slechte ervaring. Mijn dochter van net 12 koopt zonder toestemming voor het eerst met haar pinpas iets leuks. Ze was onzeker en vroeg aan de verkoper of ze het mocht ruilen of terugbrengen. Dit werd nog extra op de bon gezet. Thuis voelde ze zelf al dat het misschien niet de slimste aankoop was, maar werd verzekerd door de verkoper dat als haar ouders het er niet mee eens waren dat ze het kon terugbrengen.
Vandaag toch teruggebracht en wat blijkt... alleen een tegoedbon....
Schandalig een meisje van 12 iets beloven, over de streep trekken en niet gewoon het aankoop bedrag terug geven.
Wij kopen hier nooit meer wat
