Had great experience renting out a van here. The van was pretty new and nice overall - even had automatic gearbox. We took full insurance to be safe. The key pick up was smooth, we checked together the damages and were ready to go. The deposit was returned to me in just few days. Recommend!

I did my reservation online and went there to pay and get the car. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It took us 5min to pay and get the keys. I rented the car the 14/10 and got my deposit back the 17/10. Big thanks to Sebastian and his coworkers (sorry I don’t remember all the names). 😊

Don't even bother trying to get a rental car in NL if you have less than 3 days to book - unless you go with Sixt! I even missed by rental by a full day (during a holiday) and was taken care of in Rotterdam by their awesome staff!

Excelent service from Mr Prikker (SIXT Rotterdam Allexandrium). I was unaware that after 1 hour past pick-up time, the reservation would be cancelled automatically. He notified me through phone and extended the reservation (free of charge) as I could not pick up the vehicle on time. He also explained the addition and coverage of insurance in combination with external insurances AND best of all... I received a free vehicle upgrade!
