Villa Ockenburgh

Nice place specially if it is nice weather. I have hayfever so it was less fun but others enjoyed. Renovated recently so inside is beautiful but still old school style and “grand” feeling. Foods okay, not great or anything but fine. Service bit slow and forgetting to attend but sweet nonetheless.

Excellent location with absolutely awesome nature around you may unwind at the cup of coffee far away from hustle and bustle of daily life. Take a moment for you and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and positive wines around you. Lovely place in a very green area, overlooking the garden where they grow vegetables, fruit and flowers. Outside area is quite large with shade available. You go inside to order. All the cakes were very good, not generic bakery stuff with lots of sugar and little flavour. These seemed home made. I had the carrot cake, which was rich in flavour.

BEST food and AMAZING service I have so far in the last two years living in the Netherlands. very satisfied! 💚

The Gnome path was very cute as a holiday activity. The greenhouse ('De Kas') was a pleasant place to sit when it became rainy. Recommended!

Beautiful place in a nice location, with great coffee and cakes. The service was also very friendly and professional at the same time.

We had amazing dinner and special pumpkin ice cream for dessert !
After asking staff to replace a broken beer glass they gave us an extra beer on the house, very nice building and great staff !

Nice and cozy. Some prices are maybe a bit high (big tea for 3.45) but the service is good and the atmosphere is very nice.

Really beautifully renovated and very great food at a reasonable price. Was there for a quick lunch and will definitely go back again for a 3 course dinner. Love the idea that they have their own garden and the location is surrounded by beautiful nature.

Great venue, wonderful food options that are slightly on the more expensive sides but fair. Service was top notch, included some free dishes, and was pleasant. Will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful lunch here. The menu is filled with classics in a modern style. There's enough to chose from, also for the children. Staff is very friendly. Please mind that if you come by car, you have to use the parking at the entrance of the estate and walk up to the villa. If you have someone in your party for whom that is too much, you can drive to the villa and drop them off. For those with limited mobility and a limited mobility parking card, there's special parking closer by.
One small note of improvement: we found the accoustics not optimal. If there is a larger group, it influences the volume you need for the conversation at your own table. Other than that, the villa has a lovely, warm and welcoming design.

A super chic high tea or lunch with a good friend? This is the place! We came with a good friend of mine. It was my first time, she's a known suspect in the neighborhood 😉

We had a bief croquet and fresh mint tea and a glas of wine. Superb customer service!

NB: the interior is exquisitely decorated. A fab location for weddings I'd say.

In a joint effort we succeeded in our commitment to level up Villa Ockenburgh in a state it deserves. Yesterday we celebrated the grand opening originated by the staff of @houseoflords supported by many volunteers to invite the guests at a splendid music event.

Relaxed. Lovely. Quiet. Tasty food (super mayo). Free parking. Great mix!

The best apple pie with whipped cream on this side of the galaxy.

The “moestuin” is a great place to enjoy a good coffee with apple pie. Friendly staff.

Always a pleasure to just sit here and have a nice cappuccino in the beautiful garden.
