Hummus Delft

My boyfriend and I haven't left the restaurant yet. The food is so damn good that I couldn't wait to write my review.

We ordered two veg combo (one falafel combo with sweet potato fries and roasted eggpmant combo). Every single dish was spectacular. Sweet potato fries (with beetroot) were the highlight. Adding pictures of the combos. We would highly highly highly recommend this place. 🥰

Food missed some salt but else it was tasty. The waitress was super nice and friendly. Glutenfree and Vegan friendly

We loved our dining experience at Hummus, it is quite unusual to find pure vegetarian place and that too so good when we are in Europe/ Netherlands.

We loved all the dishes, we took falafel combo with salads and hummus, dolma, borek, sweet potato fries, fried cauliflower with tahini and in desserts baklava and kunfah ( baked cheese with vermicelli)
Borek was simply delicious, highly recommend.
Staff was super courteous, nice, friendly and we were being served by Teresa and one more girl.
I would highly recommend this place.

Yummy yummy food, and the kindest staff! The whole menu is vegetarian, and they have lots of vegan options. All food is super flavourful, and is served in the cutest dishes. I love coming here, one of my favourite places in Delft. Definitely recommend 👌

Hummus has always had a warm place in our hearts… ehmm bellies. Even during the Covid years they quite regularly sold food to go, this time we decide to dine, an early dinner. Beside the friendly staff, the place is humble and quaint. The food is, well “delicious” is a serious understatement, but it is truely a taste experience. Wheneven you find yourself in Delft, vegetarian or not, visit Hummus and expand your tastebuds’ senses. You won’t regret it.

To say this place is incredible would be an enormous understatement. Quaint, comfortable, and undeniably delicious food. The hostess/server (kind of short, dark hair past shoulders, younger working around 230 today) was *very* kind and helpful with providing guidance to navigating the menu and ensuring the experience was phenomenal. Honestly, she really deserves major credit along with the kitchen staff. Can’t wait to come back!

Top spot in Delft for a bite to eat. We went early evening and ordered two set meals with falafel and meat-free shawarma. Everything was packed full of flavour and the breads were made freshly for our meal. No need to be vegan or vegetarian to attend, you’ll not be disappointed.

Ordered a little bit of everything and omg it was all so good! The beers suggested by the waitress were also great! Plus service was so friendly and helpful. I'd go here every time I'm in Delft

Very nice bio and healthy restaurant. The hummus was great, the sweet potatoes were tasty and the pizza pita was very original.

Super nice vibe, chill atmosphere. Great and very friendly service. (Menus also available in English). Huge variety of dishes for vegetarians! The best is the Beirut hummus 😍🤤 it was so crazy-good. Try also the borek - the melted cheese is yumm'

This was a recommendation and here’s why: the food was great. Coming from a country with same cuisine as the restaurant offers it can be hard to find flavours that actually match in The Netherlands. First of all, the baba ganoush was amazing 🤩 had it in my vegan burger and on my sweet potato fries. The Dolma (should state it’s dolma in red sauce) were also really tasty, they come with anise which I’m not personally a fan of but other than that really good. The cauliflower with tahini also great! Generally great atmosphere and lovely people. Highly recommend and will be back to try more dishes

Delicious vegan food! I always like to come here whenever I crave mediterranean food. Definitely go for the “a little bit of everything” to have a taste of their menu, you won’t regret it! The sweet potato fries are yummy with their homemade mayo 🤤 Kuddos to the chef and the entire team for such a lovely restaurant!

Very solid. Good food. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Delft.
The drinks could be a bit more flavorful (i.e. stronger tea) to balance the food. 10% larger pita would be perfect for the amount of main dish. But I'm just nitpicking at this point.
Not by any means mind-blowing, but very good foundations.

Great food and ambience. Menu was interesting with some of their values.
Loved the cauliflower crispees for entree.
The main was sufficient for two people.

New review: The owner of Hummus Delft reached out to me and sent me a gift card and I went there today. The food were amazing! Vegan kapsalon tasted so good, hummus with chickpea and vegan meat tasted delicious and perfect spicy level, and my mother in law enjoyed her cauliflower and sweet potato fries. Therefore I changed the review. Good job Hummus!

Old review: Slow service. We ordered food for 4 people and it took 1 hour for our foods to arrive, while other people who came after us got their foods first. The foods are somewhat overrated too. Vegan kapsalon has more French fries rather than the vegan meat. Bowl of sweet potato fries is very small portion and looks as if they're leftover fries. Perhaps this place is only good for coffee or cake, but not really for meal.

F**k me sideways. I ordered the kapsalon off the specials menu (vegan) absolutely fantastically delicious! I got it as take out, staff were super nice and friendly when I showed up speaking English too. Took it to my hotel room where I'd like to say I didn't climax but no, this was some damned good food. 10/10 will be going back again as soon as possible!

Super great vegan and vegetarian food. Everything tasted very fresh and well made.
We enjoyed the hummus (you would hope as the place is named for it) as it was very creamy and tasty. Pretty good size for the price too!

Incredible food! Full vegetarian menu cooked my top class chefs. Make sure you have a reservation because this place is very popular and they only have a limited amount of spots each night to ensure you get the highest quality food in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Hummus!!!
