What a discovery! Stumbling upon this shop and decided to try it out: best decision ever! The fries were incredibly tasty, freshly cut by the owner Barbara right in front of us. What a beautiful human being. She takes pride in making all the sauces herself, with a diverse range of vegan options. I highly recommend this place! Bonus: there are two swings in the store :)

The fries with pulled beef is very tasty. The beef is not dry, it balanced with the fries. The lady owner is very nice too, she gave me some mayonise to go with the fries and also let me taste test the chips that is at the counter. The chips is so thinly sliced and so crispy. It will be a good combo to have potato chips with slice beef. Highly recommended!

A fantastic and friendly place for delicious vegan loaded fries and snacks. A very happy find on our trip to Gouda. Try the finkandel, it's great!

Freshly cut potatoes fried to perfection. Mayo is much better than any off the shelf product. Cosy place and a must visit in Gouda. Btw. mayo sits in a separate container so no soggy fries, proper design.

Barbara is a very friendly shop owner who really loves what she’s doing (which you can taste when you try her fries). Freshly cut and fried in front of you they’re absolutely delicious! She has a lot of toppings and sauces to choose from and the price is absolutely cheap for a handcrafted cone of fries. On top she’ll enjoy talking to you and giving you tips on what to do in Gouda. What a lovely human being. We absolutely enjoyed visiting her place and will be back soon!

We bought some really good and fresh fries there, and you can get deep fried fish next to it. Good foods for a reasonable price.

My favorite place for fries in Gouda. Great vegetarian/vegan options and no plastic packaging! Also highly recommend the crisps/chips. Fun for kids and friendly service.

Tasty fries in the centre of Gouda. Staff were nice and fast with the orders. There was a large group of 10 pax ahead of us, but we were attended to despite the chaos and received our fries pretty fast. Their pindasaus is really nice and it was also good to try something different with the fried onions instead of raw.

One of the best Dutch fries stalls in the country! These fries are incredible; nice and thick, crunchy outside and deliciously soft inside- just the way they should be! Limited indoor seating, but that's no problem for the Dutchies who happily stand outdoors and eat. The owner is super friendly!

Fries done the proper way. Made from fresh, organic potatoes and fried with the skin on. They look amazing, taste fresh and are not at all greasy. Fries are Dutch cultural heritage and I like it when someone takes pride in preparing them like that. It's makes the difference between whether you are eating junk food or soul food, and these fries are definitely the latter.

I have been going here since the store opened, and I have yet to see a green potato! But with my 20/20 eyesight, I can tell you it's a wonderful place, with a beautiful soul as an owner and yes, most importantly the fries are to die for! One of the reasons half of Gouda goes there to buy them. Six stars I would give her, except Google only allows five.
