They did what their work, but the communication was terrible. They were handling my payroll for a non-EU company. After the initial communication around signing the contract, they flat out stopped replying to my emails until I call their office. Their first reply was always sounding like a grumpy teenager who is forced to clean his room :D

Very unprofessional!
I called him to have a tax consultation but since it wasn't convenient he hanged up on me.
He also refused to give me the number of a colleague because it was not convenient according to him.
Maybe he doesn't like my money.
