I recently bought a bike in this shop.
After a week I noticed a problem with a gear and brought back the bike for a check.
While the shop kept the bike they lended me a - very good - temporary bike.
After one week they told me the issue couldn't be fixed and they offered to give me back the money.
I really appreciated their honesty and their kindness.

I had a fantastic experience at this store. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable and patient (especially with all my queries). I appreciated that they truly cared about selecting a bike that was just right for my purposes and that they insisted that I ride the bike before committing. I would not shop anywhere else in The Netherlands.

Excellent experience at this store. Although the shop was crowded, two vendors took time to explain two bikes in detail. Eddie fixed up two bikes in advance for me to test ride. Will definitely buy a bike from these guys!

I came in with a vague idea what I wanted to buy. The employee who helped me (Ed) was very patient with me even though I took forever. He walked me through the options, and answered all my questions.
I never felt pushed or prodded towards a more expensive bike. I'm very grateful for the service received already, even though I didn't buy anything (yet.. only a matter of time)

There are only sometimes a few employees less than needed but i get how they wouldnt hire more employees just for the rush hours. For the rest, they wouldnt push you towards buying something you don't want and the amazing thing is they measure your body so that the bike is exactly fit to you (from the saddle to the pedals and the steering). This might be common but they let you go for a round with the bike you choose if you have your id with you...
