Great place for dinner. Good prices and the pizzas we had were amazing. A lot of food that we even couldnt finish. If im in the area i will come back

De gambas zijn nu nog mooier gepresenteerd!!! Top!!, alleen missen we de grote bak met tandenstokers.

Afgelopen zaterdag hier gegeten. Fijn personeel, Pizza's (en ook de burger) topkwaliteit, de nieuwe kachel gaf rook maar daar kon de eigenaar helemaal niets aan doen, was technisch mankementje en werd alles aan gedaan om zo weinig mogelijk overlast te geven. Blijft een aanrader om hier te gaan eten!

Gisteravond bij de Pioneer gegeten.
Ontvangt prima. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk gegeten. Voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht en nagerecht top!

Leckere Pizza zum fairen Preis. Ambiente Super und Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wat een gezellig restaurant en wat een heerlijke pizza's. De eerste pizzeria ever waar gorgonzola lekker royaal wordt opgelegd. Meestal zijn het fliebertjes, hier zeer royaal.

Heerlijk gezeten en voortreffelijk eten, nog nooit zo’n lekkere pizza gehad die ik helemaal op kon. De bodems zijn niet hard en tot het korstje is de pizza lekker. Ze zouden alleen wat meer aandacht kunnen besteden aan het bijvullen van drinken. Top restaurant

Zelf kom ik uit Haarlem, maar ik heb nergens zulke lekkere spare ribs gegeten als hier bij de pioneer. Daarnaast is de service top, ze waren iets te laat maar we kregen een fles wijn voor het wachten. Top tent, niks op aan te merken!

Jedzenie ok , choć mieliśmy niewiele do wyboru po 21.00 , kelnerzy bardziej zainteresowani meczem niż klientami.
Zamawiając sok pomarańczowy otrzymaliśmy napój pomarańczowy , Turecka pizza czyli kebab smaczny , choć nie najlepszy jaki jadłem .

About Vollenhove
City in the Netherlands

Vollenhove is a city in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is located in the municipality of Steenwijkerland, southwest of Steenwijk. Until the Noordoostpolder was drained, it was located on the coast of the Zuiderzee. Vollenhove received city rights in 1354. Later it was the main city in this region, that was formerly called Land van Vollenhove. Vollenhove was the summer residence of the bishop of Utrecht, the ruler of these parts. He lived in the castle Toutenburg, of which only some small ruins are left now. To be near their lord, quite some nobility moved to Vollenhove. They built their estates in the town, which was unique. Therefore, Vollenhove was called the city of palaces. Like Blokzijl, peat transport to Holland by ship caused the small city to flourish during the 17th century. Vollenhove was a separate municipality until 1973, when it became a part of Brederwiede. Between 1818 and 1942, the municipality was divided into two parts, Stad Vollenhove and Ambt Vollenhove. source
