Dure oven drie jaar lang goed gebruikt. Vervolgens raakt handvat los, buitenste glas barst. Gemeld via de telefoon en schade valt binnen de garantie, aldus medewerker. Gemaild met foto, beschrijving etc. Als reactie krijg ik van de directeur: "onzorgvuldig omgaan met product, dus geen garantie." Is nogal een conclusie, van een afstand. Na verdere mailwisseling blijkt het "op feiten gebaseerd".
