We have had a most wonderful experience in this hotel.. very courteous staff , great location, great facilities.. all utilities are in good working condition and its very good value for money

Allen Suites has excellent customer service, very quick to respond to customers. The hotel is very clean and organized, suitable for someone who enjoys quiet and private environments.

I was here in August 2020 and my booking was 10k which is relatively okay. This is place is just at the heart of Independence Layout, Enugu, a few kilometers to government house, and also close proximity to the popular Ntachi Osa restaurant.

Customer service at this place is excellent. The environ is serene. Car pack is quite wide.

I ordered a plate of Garri with Ora soup and chicken.
The meal is so tasty, not just delicious
Allen suit is noise free, located behind the Enugu government house. Environment is safe and well planned.
Allen suit looks like heaven on earth. Just to say little... It's a place every one would like to experience good and fresh meals

Surprisingly well maintained, clean, compact and nice. Facilities are well appointed and appropriate to its category. Staff are professionally minded and responsive

Rooms are neat and cosy. The hotel's staff is my main reason for rating it 5-stars, they are very friendly and helpful (at least the ones I encountered).
