Hotel Fidelma

My experience at Hotel Fidelma was topnotch.
My team and I were lodged there for a week and I must say, their management, services and hospitality are wonderful.
Their meal is delicious and the staff are all lovely and welcoming.
A place I must patronize again when next I visit Enugu.

Nice environment, the ambience is something else.. so Serene and quiet.. oh I can't overemphasize on that.. so neat and comfortable. Servitude incredible.. and the fact that it's a 10year old plus establishment and still has these qualities, that's what these new millennials have to look out for.. gorgeous.

As an American visitor I was very impressed! Clean environment, courteous Staff and best of all PROFESSIONAL WORKERS! I didn't feel cheated or scammed as I do with other establishments in Nigeria. Complimentary Breakfast was tasty with different options each day. They even came to get my water bottles so I could have purified coffee that I had brought myself. Each day they had cleanup service for the room. They put new linens on the bed each day where other hotels just make your bed with the linens that are there. They also have laundry service available. There is 24/7 service at the reception desk and at times I called to check. Along with their indoor store your needs will be provided during your stay. They were quick to resolve any issues we had and called us regularly to ask if we were " good". I will return!

The room I was in had standard facilities and widely spaced at a surprisingly very good price. Their power supply is commendable. Their kitchen services is OK for a hotel. Very polite workers. Only that the TV installed in the room I was doesn't show full view, their internet service is bad, I think they only use 2G so I basically used my data while I was there. Generally the hotel is on point.

The rooms are really big, everything worked well. They dont have a swimming pool though
