St Mary's Catholic Church

One of the biggest Catholic Church in Enugu. Is located at Trans Ekulu. It has a serene environment. I once took 2 students that travelled from University of Maiduguri to the chrch as they reached Enugu very late and were not with enough money to lodge in a hotel. It was already 11:00pm when we reached the church and they gladly accommodated them to pass a night there without prejudice.

This is a good place to worship God. It is one of the oldest Catholic Church in Enugu metro. It is presently among the best churches in Enugu metropolis today, when you compare structures and environment.
It is a nice place to host events, it has very large car park, with well decorated and maintained surroundings. They have very good and well behaved security guards.
The church also had clean toilet with steady water system, wheelchair entrance and park. Etc.

St. Mary's Trans Ekulu is a beautiful Church with a very vibrant Catholic community of worshippers. St Mary's is home to me and so very dear. I am filled with nostalgia and admiration when ever I visit. I have watched with pride as the Church has continued to improve its facilities, in their delivery of the liturgy, etc. The Chapel of Perpetual Adoration, which was tastefully done, is another attraction to this Church and it helps to grow the faith and piety of the parishioners. May God continue to be with the Clergy and Congregation, and may souls be continously nourished for God here till the end of time!

St Mary's is wow, talk about big, spacious and coordination. They only lack parking space, not that they don't have but the church is big, members are huge and being in the heart of the town it will be impossible to get a land around there. So I advice that if you live or stay around the church don't drive to church just walk.

It is a place of worship for the Catholics. Here three holy masses is celebrated every Sunday as follows 6am,8am and 10am respectively. It has a good choir that makes mass celebration serene.

The 6am Mass on Sunday is the shortest you can get for a parish of this size.

I wish there was daily midday Mass here; it would have been really helpful.

I worship there. It's one of the oldest catholic churches in Enugu. Has a great choir for weddings, anniversaries, burials etc. Holds project sundays every second sundays of the month. They have four masses every sunday at 6am, 8am, 10am and 6pm. Confession holds on Thursdays by 4pm.

One of the oldest Catholic churches in Enugu, but still well maintained. it is a choice location for weddings because of its beautiful Marian shrine that is very good for after wedding pictures.

Biggest church in the neighborhood. Very organized parish. Daily Masses morning 6am and evening 6pm. They also have midday Masses Tuesdays and Wednesdays

A Catholic church. I'm not a Catholic but I have attended the 6am mass, 9am mass and 10am mass but I mainly enjoyed the 10am mass because they spoke English all through the service and it lasted more than an hour.
