Hansa has a very great environment and qualified personnel. Their prices are mid range and compared to the services they offer, isn't so bad. However, they lack time based service offerings. Patients are made to return several days later for test results. And given how far from city center their location is, it's quite nightmarish that they don't have an ATM installed and also don't make use of POS. So patients who don't cash on them, end up having to leave the premises and go very far, cause no bank is close to them, just to withdraw money.

Why do I have to wait for everything here? I waited for the staff to arrive this morning. Waited to be attended to and now I'm waiting endlessly for my scan result. It's my first time here and I must say I'm highly disappointed. Please management do something about this

My mother was scheduled for a scan appointment due to a swollen tummy after payment was made, Hansa clinic didn't tell the patient that their machine was broken and couldn't refund or refer her to another hospital for this scan test to be carried out, Is been 2 weeks they have refused to refund money for this patient to seek urgent medical care.
This is wickedness against humanity and totally out of line to the oath they took to save Human life. I suggest an immediate shot down of this clinic to avoid lost of life's of innocent citizens.
