Technical Secondary School Osso is located along Afikpo - Okigwe road. The place looks more like an abandoned property than a School for Technical learning. Although, a very good concept aimed at equipping youngsters whose interest are in the technical line to acquire skills that will enable them earning a living aside academics. The school need to be fenced and the structures reconstructed in addition to the provision of a well equipped technical workshop.
