FamilyMart Bandar Baru Uda

I was hesitated after reading previous reviews and star rating especially regarding the staff attitude, but I decided to give benefit of doubt and went anyway.
I was greeted by staff; Aiman Danial. He made eye contact and welcome me upon entering the store albeit he's attending a customer - kudos.
He handled it well as to cashier, heating RTE food and prepare beverages although it was quite busy. He was manning alone in front (not sure if there's another staff at the back). The store was clean and various f&b available. Keep up the overall service.

Convenient, open till 11 pm daily. Great selection of prepackaged meals, snacks and some groceries.

So grateful to have Famima in BBU. Easy for me to grab my iced latte & breakfast before work daily. Fav desserts is tiramisu cheesecake & tiramisu ice cream 🤤

Friendly and helpful staff..even he is working alone as the other staff going for a break, he manage to handle the customers..all food was good..just the potato corndog taste a bit soggy

I was there many times come with my scooter to get in there. Familymart much better than Osaka.

Staff tak friendly especially yg bernama Nur Anis Sofea. She didnt smile, jawap sepatah sepatah je masa customer depan saya tanya dia psl oden. And suruh customer tu tgk sendiri oden apa je yg available, mana la nampakkkkk. And hentak segala barang. Maybe you had a rough day but you cant expect everyone to understand you. I rarely complain, tp paneh lak tgk td

Staff not friendly. Overall the food especially for oden was good. Anyway thank you!

During earlier time, when they started the business, it was super duper slow with 1 or 2 workers at a time, only God knows how long the que to pay and don’t even think to buy the beverages or anything that needs to be cooked cause it will take literally your whole lunch hour break time to get your food. So I tried my very best to avoid buying food from here, even I lived in BBU but prefer to go to other FM nearby. But recently the boss, I think, made a right decision by adding more stuffs which is good! I can see at least 3 or 4 workers at a time, but suprisingly the que is not getting shorter, it’s long enough until the aisle of the fridge. Maybe their boss already put the effort to increase the number of workers, but I think the boss needs to know that their sale is not going to go up with slow workers, workers were busy talking while serving which I don’t mind if they want to gossip or anything as long as their hands working as fast as the mouth too. Based on my experience I encounter, while they are brewing my coffee (slowly) , they are doing their breakfast too and other people are waiting for their food/coffee until they are told to hurry up as other people need to go work too! And don’t put high hope on the menu because most of the times, the sausages, the chicken, the croissant will be sold out at maybe around 3pm I think ,even tho they closed at 10pm🤷🏻‍♀. I do know whether it’s really sold out or the workers have their own quota to cook, maybe my order passed the quota gaji to cook. Maybe not recommended to come here if your level of patience is low as me and maybe i have to work on my patience or maybe they can improve their speed to. TQ

PLEASE PUT MORE STAFF DURING PEAK HOUR. CASHIER FORGOT MY ORDER DUE TO MANY CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE ATTENDED DURING PAYMENT, UNTIL THEY FORGOT TO DO MY ORDER

Set ramen ada cuma pekerja situ malas nak buatkan, dan customer belakang saya nak beli oden pun disuruh tunggu sampai 30minit dengar kata nak capai target tapi macam takde rasa nak layan customer

Cashier perempuan yang pakai tudung tu kurang ajar betul. Kalau customer tak nampak barang cakap je la elok2. Tak payah nak hangin satu badan. Kalau tak suka kerja tu berhenti je. Tak berkat pun kerja tak ikhlas.

Helloo.. Why eh set ramen tu xprnh ada bilaa dtg?? Rasa nyaaa dh 10x dtg dh , tak pernah ada.. Klau rasa mmg xad, xyh bagi fake hope kat org. Please laaah improve sikit family mart dekat bbu ni. dah bagus buka kat uda dekat tapi tak pernah complete😡 one more thing please lah tegur attitude your staff tak friendly langsung …

Belum pukul 10 tapi dah tak nak ambil order masakan panas. Ramen je kot? Apa citer. Kalau setengah jam sebelum atau satu jam sebelum faham lah. Ni belum 2 jam sebelum kot. Pukul 9 lebih dah tak ambil order. Why??????? The worst branch so far.
