Nice convenience store with nice staff. Well stocked and very clean. Just beside the mercure novotel hotel..

I went here to buy things I wanted for my daily needs because the location was very close to where I was staying…

This convenience store here along Stevens is heavily patronized by the gig economy, as Grabfood riders and drivers stop by for a pit stop for drinks or some quick bites. Or else, honestly there's no reason why you'll need this convenience store here, unless you stay at the hotel as well, then it's a different story. Just any usual 7 Eleven at the end of the day.

No ice available:(

It is not open 24/7. I went there around 11pm and it was close with message “staff on break”. Just expect to wait if you go there & staff is not available.

Less varieties in food selection. Good for quick bites as there is microwave for meals. Pay first & heat later with instructions on the packages.

I was waiting for to long out side the 7/11 Novotel around 6:25 pm i saw a lot of people waiting out side because the 7/11
Was close it's convenient store it's inconvenient for the other people who in the rush.
I went there to pick up my parcel
And the lady in the counter told me that I'm not supposed to drop off or pick up my parcel in 7/11 waste time for her i don't know what she say.thats what i understand when she mumbling
I do believe 7/11/ don't know or they don't want to add another work for them
we consumer are allowed to drop off or pick up our parcel since 2018 it's approved
People please correct me if I'm wrong!

The new staff annoys me so much…I always came by there before I start my work shift, I reached around 7:10-7:30am and it’s been 2 weeks with “no stock” no shiet ah but this is just nonsense…I usually had my regular chicken pau but it’s been 2 FREAKIN WEEKS?? NO STOCK?? And I can’t even buy those cold food because of the oven is not working….AND I COLLECT STAMP AND EVEN BOUGHT MANY ITEM FOR THE STAMPS AND ONLY GOT 1STAMP?? THIS IS JUST NONSENSE?!? I WANT THE OLD STAFF BACK..I KEEP GETTING WORST MORNING WHENEVER I COME THERE..I won’t comeback again unless it’s the old staff(2 Indian ladies). PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THIS IS JUST WORST EXPERIENCE FOR 2 MORNING WEEKS. RABAK NAK MAMPS
