Louis Vuitton Island Store

I have virtually no interest in fashion goods, but the outside of the 'Louis Vuitton Island Store' appealed to me, so I went inside and was even more surprised at the interior; very well designed with lots of elegance. Louis Vuitton enthusiasts will surely love it.

Staff were very chatty, informative and friendly, whilst never trying to get me to buy anything. Commendable! I strongly recommend a visit if you're in the area. After watching the Spectra light show is a convenient time.

what a shopping experience! everyone was so helpful and NOT snobbish unlike a lot of the brick and mortars located within MBS.

The Brand of Premium😃 Each and every product is Unique and Handmade products equals to Gold.. That's the speciality of LV.. Yes you can ever get a loan in Pawnshop for this product that much it consider as asset... Its little bit expensive but worth for its cost.!! I really surprised of visiting LV floating island in SG and saw more and more products in $$$$$... Everyone can Visit..!! But Worthy person only can Buy Worthy Product..!!! One Day surely I will buy one wallet for me..😃💥

But recently, our shopping experience here has been elevated and made so much much better by one person. Freddie K.

Freddie was just really patient. I'll explain... When we arrived at LV, my wife and I were not attended to by any particular Sales Advocate/Advisor and were just wandering around looking at bags.

We bumped into my wife's aunt who was buying a few items and attended to by Freddie K. They were in the final process of the purchase with just the signature required when we interrupted them.

Instead of cutting into our conversation, Freddie just stood by the side and waited patiently. I took notice of this but didn't say anything.

Only after our conversation was over, Freddie then asked for her signature. It was 10 minutes later.

Later on, I caught Freddie's attention and he helped my wife with her purchases. He was very thorough and brought out not just one or two but 5 different bags in different shades for my wife so she could make an educated decision. Never pushy, never rushy.

I also asked if I could see the latest collection of the LV Tambour watches. Without missing a beat, he arranged for Edward, LV 's watch expert to come explain all about the brands' novelties. We were truly impressed by both Freddie and Edward.

Thank you Freddie for showing uncommon patience and customer service and also arranging for the watch demo and to Edward for taking the time to show these beauties to another watch lover like myself.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the store for a unique and delightful experience, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by the talented stylist, Gordan. My purpose was to have my Louis Vuitton wallet hot stamped, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way.

Gordan's professionalism and kindness shone through. He greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my request.

What truly set this experience apart was Gordan's willingness to go the extra mile. Not only did he expertly handle the hot stamping process, but he also graciously allowed me to actively participate in the procedure. This hands-on experience added a personal touch that made the entire visit memorable.

Ok this store is insane. So beautiful and so many options. It has the history of the LV warxh downstairs which you come thru to head upstairs to the actual store. Little self serving marketing but still cool. Mens section is huge and the store bright and filled with all items Louis! It was a delight of luxury purses, sneakers luggage clothing sunglasses and more. The most extensive LV store I’ve ever seen! Staff was helpful and not overly bearing

Always a greet time to be at Louis Vuitton again !!! This time round we visited the Island Store outlet at Marina Bay Sands. My lady and I had such a great time choosing a birthday present for myself. We would like to give credits to Mr Frey for his super duper attentiveness to us. He rode us thru the whole journey on a proper purchase based on our needs and requirements. We will be back for more !!!

My 2nd visit to this place. 1st one was just recce.
What I love about this place is, firstly from the point of main entrance below was greeted by a friendly staff. Upstairs another round of greeting.
Secondly, you don't feel pressured. You can browse freely and no staff tailing you behind so you feel kind of relax.
Okay my wife and I came here with a purpose to get a BD gift for her and myself and got what we wanted.

Victoria was very friendly and down to earth. She has that sincere personality and not pushy. She made us feel comfortable throughout my buying process. We purchased the Bella Mahina Galet handbag and Flap Double Phone pouch. They looks gorgeous.

I’ve shoppers here a few times with different SA cos I couldn’t find one whom I could connect with. I finally came across one but unfortunately on the day I was there, he wasn’t on shift. He was really nice to get a fellow colleague to assist me.

That’s when I met Wai Kin. He is polite, personable and went the extra miles to assist me in choosing the gifts. He took out all the options that fits my requirements and gave me advice which ones will make nice gifts. When one of the items is out of stock, he made arrangements for It to me delivered to my office. Can’t ask for more when I get a sincere, humble and efficient SA like him.

Highly recommend anyone to look for Wai Kin if you are looking for a nice SA to work with.

The store has a wide selection of leather products. A good selection of bags, wallets & LV watches too. The staff were friendly and Ms Jonalyn Garcia was most friendly and helpful. She patiently showed us several bags and explained in details the various specifications. A big thank you to her! Wonderful experience!
