This is the drink that caught my eyes first 👀, I thought it was just another normal drink. I was in a rush so I quickly grab something from the fridge! Who would have thought to have a combination of jelly and a drink together!! 🤩 It's really smoothing, refreshing and quenching!!! You won't feel bloated after having this, it's so good to drink I would go back again just to buy this!👍

Came here to buy 2 packs of cigarettes as usual, but the staff on duty today definitely is a new face for me.

When come to payment, I mentioned that I’m paying by nets and the staff is kinda look very weird.

After that she take the machine to key in the amount which I don’t know is it purposely or whatsoever, she keyed the amount wrong for several times.

When she wanted to collect the card from me in order to make the payment, I tell her politely that after you have keyed in the amount you may pass me the machine (it is portable trans machine) I’m able to do it myself. (As recently a lot of cards scamming happens which I’m abit playing safely)

The staff immediately showing me her unhappy, unwilling face, and dump the machine to my direction very rudely and so coincidence the machine beeped twice after she dump the machine without anyone touching on it, the staff immediately accused me that because of I didn’t give her the card so the machine beep.

In the period of transaction making, the mentioned staff mumbling by her own which I could hear some part which is ( also not big amount, so troublesome for what )

For what happen today I would like to ask the owner of the shop as per below:

1- Are you stressing your staffs constantly? As only a positive attitude from the company will bring positive attitude for the staff and so on the positive service to the customers

2- Did you know that under PDPA act one is not allow to see or hold on other peoples card without any permission? ( with the attitude from your staff who know what is the motive to getting my card so eagerly which even bring accusation after I mention I could do it by my own?)

3- May I know is there any advise on spending amount which are allow to use card as payment method? I would highly suggest in future there should be a board showing the amount which is allow to use card as payment method.
