This is simply the Church of DIY, this store has everything that a seeking soul in Newton / Novena needs to get stuff done without going to Kaki Bukit or Syed Alwi. Staff is a bit reserved (probably due to sheer amount of visitors) but mega chilled and professional once you “click in”. But basically KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.

Patient and Friendly bosses. Ideal for english speaking DIY ppl seeking value oriented tools and locksets. Convenient open air carpark just 30m away. Am a regular customer for over 10 years.

Friendly and simple service. Mandarin ans English both no worries. May look old but it’s got a ton of stuff

The boss is down to earth. Still entertain small walk in purchases although they're busy serving companies ordering in bulk. 👍

end up cannot use but could not refund. had to purchase their items.

worst aspect is you cannot enter the shop and browse their items. want to see what is sold also cannot.
