Walked into the shop today to ask about stainless steel wire. Shop owner or assistant, I’m not sure but he was so sweet, explained patiently to me about the hardness of the wire and taught me how to secure the ends. Cost of my purchase was only $1.20 but this is truly an excellent customer service. He doesn’t treat customer well because of their spending power.

Product, Prices and Service is second to none.

Not disappointed at all and will support again in the near future.

Boss and staff was friendly and approachable. Just got a new drillset but the batt turns out to be faulty. Got it changed immediately with no questions asked. Excellent customer service 👍🏼
