The Tinsel Rack Store - Orchard Gateway

tried clothes for the first time at the tinsel rack today & i really loved the style of their items. i wasnt sure of what size to take so i enquired w the retail staff & thanks to their recommendation, i was able to get the right size! am grateful for their help 😊

Have been a regular at TTR because the sizing of their clothes fits me best! Recently purchased their Carson pants which I love so much but realised there was a slight defect when I got home. Planned to head down to the nearest outlet to me for an exchange but there isn’t any stock left so decided to drop them an email to see how this can be resolved. They responded very promptly and super accommodating to, to assist with the switch or item. I was initially afraid they would ask me to return the item and they’ll just refund me store credits and make me purchase it online (in which I will incur courier charges - some other blogshops does that, I have had an experience and it’s so horrible) but TTR didn’t do that. Love their service, and customer service recovery ❤ Will def be purchasing from them even more often!

I have always had difficulty looking for a suitable pair of shorts - something comfortable, trendy yet flattering. Many other stores have been selling mom shorts or those that I personally feel would be a more flattering fit for the petite ladies, which I’m not able to carry off - so imagine my joy when I put on the Adam Frayed Denim Shorts!

It’s soft and not overly thick. Doesn’t make me look as big too. When I sat down, it didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The length is just nice - not overly short or long either.

I’m the kind that hasn’t bought a thing in retail stores for a few years now but it didn’t take me long at all to decide on buying this. I literally walked out the store with a smile on my face.

The store assistant, Jasmine was familiar with the item as well. When I asked for a new piece, she saw the shorts and immediately said that it’s the “Adam” item and before I could complete my sentence, she anticipated what I was going to ask and explained that the cutting for the Stone Grey colour was smaller than the Mid Wash. I was impressed.

Always love coming to Tinsel Rack OC, the staff are so friendly and are great at recommending nice outfits to complement different body types! And the newly renovated store feels so spacious and cute! Great for taking photos while shopping with your friends!

For those looking for a one stop retail therapy session, look no more!! TTR offers a wide range of apparels, catering to a wide age range. The quality of apparels are pretty consistent and the retail staffs are really helpful to provide a second opinion . ☺
