Stumble upon this place via Carousel. What's initially start of purchasing a mere $4.80 items turns into a long list of items purchased and damn worth it. Staff were actually very friendly and very knowledgeable. Describe how the item look like and before you finish your description the staff guides you to the correct aisle. If you decide to just shop on your own, let them know and they leave you to it but they are never far away that when you really need help their quick on their feet. Service is GEMs.. Kudos to the uncle who help me out. Very knowledgeable staff unlike some other hardware store I've been and I've been to a bigger one so I can tell the vast difference in service. You will definitely know if the staff is hustling for business or sincere in imparting product knowledge, tips and tricks. Will definitely recommend to my other friends especially ones in the handyman business. Keep up the good service!

The staff are friendly and approachable. At first I thought they'd give me the evil eye since I'm just a home hobbyist and not buying in bulk. But they will willing help look for items and also suggest alternatives if you ask. The aisles are spacious and selection wide enough for leisurely browsing. Prices are comparable to another larger hardware wholesaler I've been to. The place is accessible by bus from Kranji MRT station. Do plan your timing, cos they close on the dot, and you'd want to avoid evening peak hours where all the workers and staff around that industrial area is trying to get on the same bus.
