Very sad cos all the old staffs are not here anymore. All staffs in the past will help to change phone protected screen & the new staff even told me “有些会换的就换，不会的就不会换“ in the end, she just kept the screen protector to indicate that she do not know how to do it. Ultimately disappointed with this type of service. This is the basic from a hp accessories shop, then I might as well buy from lazada or Shopee, wat cheaper. Just 1 screen clear (normal) screen protector cost S$10, it’s not cheap! My whole family have been your customers since day 1 u open at Westmall. U are not the only people selling what u selling. U have lost a loyal family as customers forever. If there are negative stars, I would have rate u negative 100 stars. I came to your shop on 03Sept 23 at 603pm.

Provide wrong operations hours, before 850pm closed. And their staff will ask you go out don't come in

SCAM! Extremely disappointing and poor experience. Walked in to do some window shopping to find sth exciting to purchase. Got forced by young female retail staff to purchase an item when there was no indication of "once touched considered sold". She was rude and kept "HALO HALO" at us as a customer.

After the forceful purchase, she chased us out of the shop and lowered metal barriers and left to the toilet. Never go to the shop ever!

Came to the store at 2:27pm and it opens at 11am but no one there
not even a sign to show that the shop is closed or employees not there

If given a choice I would have rated -5 stars.The West Mall outlet closed shop whenever it pleases causing inconvenience to customers.Girl in shop is both rude and challenging.
