I was served by Josephine at the lingerie section earlier this week and her diligence and patience is remarkable. The items I wanted were already taken off the shelf and after promising me that she would look for it in the storeroom nearby, she had to dig in several cartons. I did not know it was so "buried" as she did not complain at all and did not say anything negative (eg, that it may not be found), and best of all, she found them!! Very rare in customer service these days, must praise.

Love the food, love the mini Jaffa orange cakes, love the Scottish butter shortbread fingers, love my favorite mini white submarine rolls, my favorite juice and drinks options

Very well organised department store and it was a good place to browse around.. There are wide range of items here such as clothing, shoes, snacks, household item, travel item etc...... Love their pastries and bread! 🥖🥨🥐

This location is very plus! At Orchard. The shop has a very good entrance with the clothing(Ladies wear) and going to the end come the food. The variety and offers are obviously fantastic. The service persons do guide you with their pleasant behaviour. This M&S is my fav outlet when compared with others in Singapore. The food options is only takeway, don't have the cafe is only a minus.

This is my favourite place to buy Scones 👍🏻. They have some irregular sale at a discounted price or like this one “buy one get one free”. Their Scones is way better than other bakery shops. You definitely want to try if you miss UK. I used to buy frozen burger from M&S too but they don’t seem to have it now.

Marks & Spencer is well known for clothing. Other than clothing I like range of food M&S have. I like different types of bread and vegan items available here. Vegan Mayo is real tasty.

Lets get back to clothing, I like to buy kids clothing from here. Good for plus size people where most of the clothing brands does not have such size M&S have it. Usually I find value for money at M&S.

Went to buy a pair of denim jeans and did not realise there are different versions such as Long, Short or Regular lengths. Chosen a pair of Long denim jeans and asked for alteration. Vally, the female salesperson at Paragon outlet went an extra mile to search for the Short version among stacks of denim jeans so that I can have the denim jeans immediately and skip 1 week's time of alteration. Alteration of the jeans will also affect the overall look thus she said it is not advisable to just buy the Long version and have it altered.

Thanks to her great help, we eventually found the pair of Short denim jeans and I was happy with my purchase!

This store is great! There's a food section tucked away at the back and the clothing range in the main part of the store is great. Special thanks to Ramon for absolutely wonderful service - he greeted me with a cheery "good morning sir!", guided me to the area of the store where I could find what I needed, and even popped into the back room to find the specific item in my size, which wasn't in the racks on the shop floor. Great job, Ramon!

This is a nice store with women's clothing in many sizes, including some bigger ones. There is a decent amount of clothing that is suitable for professional environments, too. Plus they have some food and a few other types of things. It isn't a huge store but you should be able to find at least a bit of what you need.

I like clothes here but I love M& S food more as it's not in India chocolate cake browine biscuits
Blueberry muffins cranberry drink much more

M&S has a lot of our favourites that we miss from England. From the UK beers to other M&S brand treats. They've got a great selection of M&S brand packaged food. Our favourite is the giant chocolate buttons. Easy to get to and the staff are really helpful whether you're looking for something or they are fulfilling a Food Panda delivery order.

My favourite shopping place for blouses bcos their clothes r of very feminine designs n they r of good quality fabrics n nice pastel colours too. Their cotton n linen shirts r very comfortable n their stockings r very durable. They hv very yummy biscuits n a wide range of chocolates n snacks.

I was very happy either derive given by the sales person Vicky & Rayson which resulted in my being able to buy the items I wanted. Prem Prakash MBE

I am a regular UK, Singapore and wherever they are in the world shopper. You can always rely on the quality. I buy shirts, trousers, wine and food. Throughly recommend them.

Alway loves the food selection, biscuits and chocolates.. some organic snacks and groceries are available too..

High quality clothes in sizes I can't find in many local shops in Singapore. Many solid basics for any working wardrobe. Prices reflect quality.

We were attended to by weoi hoong...very knowledgeable and accommodating to our questions/requests. Great range of Gucci x NorthFace collab to choose from. Kudos!!!

Loved their chocolate chips cookies, cranberey orange cookies and pistachio cookies. The store is not that crowded compared to other branches like the one brznch in Robinson's Cityhall.
