Jason, the sale rep there was very helpful. I wanted to purchase the cheapest phone there on sale as a temp replacement phone, since my previous Xiaomi 11 lite 5G died out of warranty. He cautioned me on the slow operating speed of the budget phone, and helped me with the startup and tweaked the Google ad settings off to ensure that my phone wouldn't be slowed down further. Overall he's very experienced and helpful!

Chen in Funan shop has been excellent in service going beyond mere sales to patiently answer queries and even helping with setting up the phone for someone who has not changed phone for years. You have a fantastic staff member!!

Bought a Xiaomi 12T phone from Jason Tan on 10 Sep 2023. I told him my requirements as I was buying as a birthday gift for my close friend. He took time to explain to me a few phone models & recommended 12T.
Not only that, since I am not an Android user, he offered to help me to sync the phone. In between before my friend & I came down, Jason gave me tips & tutorial on what to prep for the sync. He is prompt everytime I called him for assistance. Jason really goes his way to assist me & my friend. The new phone is now up & running. The management , Haziq , is very professional to handle customer. I did not took Q ticket as this was my 5th time came in to the store. He do comfort me with great service . Would glad if the management would have this standard always on ground. Top Service 10/10

Called them to ask for a repair of my screen. Unfortunately they have a policy to erase customer's data before they repair phones in any way. In the end they suggested that I should get it repaired by a third party if I didn't want to lose my data.

I want to give a special shout-out to Maggie who assisted me throughout the process. She was patient and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in my purchase decision. The entire shopping process was smooth and hassle-free.

End up I bought the Xiaomi 12T over Samsung phone due to its competitive price with superb specification.

Am very pleased with their service. Visited the store to fix my Mi Smart Band as it cannot receive notifications and incoming calls. Went on a Monday afternoon and the store was not too crowded. Waiting time was approximately 5 to 10 minutes before the technician served me. The technician, Sharon, first helped to reboot the band but it does not work. Although my item is still under warranty, I did not have the receipt with me as I got the band as a present. I was wondering if the technician could help. I am pleased that manager, David, and the technician, Sharon, went an extra mile to help me get an exchange of the watch. I am very pleased with the service that cater to my needs.
