Really love the daily spin feature that allows me to get vouchers every time i go to the store. the store has a lot of promos too which is something I look forward to.

The whole shopping experience and ambience of the store was very refreshing.

From the wide array of brands they carry, to the whole design of the store, it was really pleasant. Was surprised to find a wide selection of China products, love it! It didn't seem like your typical convenience store either, because they sell toiletries and household items.

Till this day, it still amazes me how the A.I. technology they use is so accurate. I have yet to encounter a time where my order was deducted incorrectly.

Overall, a very fulfilling experience!

It is an unmanned minimarket selling a variety of things -- snacks, stationeries, and toiletries.

To come in the store, you need to download their app. To make a purchase, just take the items you want and just step out of the store. It will automatically charge you through the app.

I've tried twice so far and have found it a very convenient way to shop.

Love the concept of Pick & GO! Been to the NUS outlet and I must say, I had such a great customer shopping experience - 100% convenient and hassle-free! Will definitely be visiting Pick & GO more often.

It's quite an amazing experience! Went in, got what I need and left - all in 15 seconds. Perhaps more can be done to make the second part of the store more obvious though as it's currently being blocked by a large wall.

Been to the one at SUTD recently, and I love the new concept at NUS. I think if you walk around, you can hear chips munching & can opening sounds - so cool!

Area is spacious, love the colours and decorations of the store. Simple, smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
