Today I was very lucky to be served by Mr Melvin from Junction 8 Best denki. I have been looking for a printer for quite awhile and was confused with all the models and functions. I just needed some more advice and Mr Melvin gave me. He was very polite, gentle and soft speaking. He was well verse in his product knowledge and even gave me tips on how to save on ink. Well done to Mr Melvin and best denki in producing such top notch sales representative in Singapore. Appreciate it. Thats the wonder of buying things in physical store. More humane.

I was at Best Denki Junction 8 on 7 November 2023 looking to buy a blender . I was very fortunate to be served by Edison Tan. His service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on the range of products and functionalities, and also gave us advice on usage and care. He was very helpful and patient in explaining and showing us how to dismantle and clean the parts . I am very impressive with his professional service and friendliness. Will go back to look for Edison when I need to buy electrical products next time.

I bought a rice cooker and a oven from the best Denki outlet in Bishan and was served by Edison. I was very unsure of what I need and did not do my homework before I went to the store. He was very patient, knowledgable and gave good recommendations based on my preferences.

I visited other outlets in town cos I was also looking for other appliances. The staff were helpful too but not as proactive and knowledgeable in comparing the features between various models as Edison.

Great purchase experience at the store, all thanks to Ms Kim Heong who assisted me throughout and also helped me with how to download app to earn capital points and enter into lucky draw. She is a great sales person and a great store indeed.

Would like to commend Ms Chia Shu Qi and Mr Vincent Leo from Best Denki Junction 8 for their great customer service.
Bought a Zfold5 through the recommendation of Shu Qi and a Lenovo laptop through Vincent who patiently explained the functions and comparing various machine specifications to help me decide the model that best suits me.
Both were knowledgeable in the IT products, very approachable and helpful too. Appreciate their patience in entering the e-vouchers numbers and printing the e-vouchers.
There was camaraderie among the sales personnel as they readily help one another in the administrative works. 👍

Hello, I am here to give a feedback for Soh Wee Chun, he’s very nice and knowledgeable (able to identify the right cable output) for the portable monitor. He’s also knows and able to apply the sales techniques such as changing to the relevant cable model for customer satisfaction. Despite the busyness he is able to multitask and help accordingly (eg., attending to my cable needs and managing the other invoices). I would like to recommend him as being knowledgeable and careful in asserting my needs.

Just bought a Toshiba airport from Best Denki Bishan J8 branch. Edison Tan assisted me and was able to explain the different function of each of the airpot, pros and cons. Bought Toshiba as it has 2 years warranty vs the rest and has anti-chlorine function. Excellent service provided by him.
