The service here is awesome. The staff, Mr Norman, he is very kind and helpful. He is able to get back to you about the product you are looking for and has knowledge on the product. And the quality of the customer service is good! It makes me want to come back more to purchase their product in the future.

Norman is a great staff where he will help out the customer question when they are curious. A fun guys and make the customer smile and bring the spirit high. He will try his best to find the product when is sold out. Sometime a customer can be very talkative and irritating to some staff but no matter what Norman will try his best to stalk the customer and reply to a customer

Highly recommend. Meet Mr.Norman very helpful guy. My TV console is not in build. I have buy and assembled it. So I was worried if the new 65' TV can fit my console or not. I took a vedio and showed him. He made sure from his boss and suggested if can or not. Very responsive. I even buy a bell. All the features and how to check and install he explained very clearly.

Norman have been a great help. He assisted to check which phones are out of stock and immediately recommended me the Xiaomi phone. He also went out of his way to ask if i got Fraser app to award me the points. Apparently the Xiaomi phone is the last stock available as well. Very kind and helpful staff.
