哗！福林园的半夜又多了一个充饥的地方，隔壁又有subway，这里的便当好多选择。

福林园第一间全家。

Order through grab, not inform the item no stock then suka hati tukar item lain. I call them and ask to cancel the order, they refuse to do, then I told them to revise the order from 2 to 1. Tapi at last tak tukar2. Dah lah barang banyak takde stock tapi tak update dalam grab food. Pls improve your service.

dissapointed of this service.
i have go several time，but i cant order anything.
everytime i went it to buy ice cream，the staff always say no stock.
even i order food online and choose pick up，they keep refund and i cant buy food
so mad of this

first of all, the floor so dirty. secondly, employees keep talking to each other while stock up food meanwhile we as customers need to wait more than 15 minutes to wait them to finish stock up. pls improve this matter

Not even 730pm already close,I know its during lockdown but stores are fully closed before 730pm...

The food ordered is not the same. Often the food is out of stock.

柜台服务生非常没礼貌让他们帮忙弄热食物服务生卻不理我们再请他们多一次的时候他们就没耐心了这是我在family mart第一次看到这样差的服务生

Barang asyik habis je terutamanya oden dan asikrim. Itu takde ini takde. Entah apa2 la. Lepas tu tutup awl plak malam. Dalam bnyk2 family mart yg ak pernah pergi. Ni paling teruk dan tutup paling awl.

价钱乱放。。。very confusing

sesuka hati sahaja tukar order saya tk suka tanpa kebenaran mana manners?
