I would like to compliment cashier Chai Yow Lian at metro paragon. I went on black friday and bought several items and there are discounts , vouchers and points to be claimed which is confusing for me. Miss Chai is smart, patience and polite in explaining the details to me. 5 stars for her.

Im writing this review to commend the politeness and service of a staff named, Willam Mok. Was rushing for a christmas gift exchange and forgot to wrap my gift so i tried my luck walking into metro and approached the counter for a gift wrap. Didnt mind to pay for the wrapper if i had to. However, Willam went out of his way to offer to wrap my gift even though i didnt make any purchase at the stall itself.
Although It may seem like a small kind gesture, I wanna give a sincere thank you and i definitely feel that its a blessing for metro for having a staff like him 👍👍
