FairPrice Hillion Mall

Bought two packs of rice in store (by 榮记) S$4.95 + S$3.80. Packings looked nice, portions normal, some bones 鸡肉和鸭肉很多骨，义烧蛮硬，chicken not tender compared to 榮记own store at 680143, if compared to the store at 680016.... good to try for this first time only. A little bit warm, store did not provide heating when asked. Tried to make hot at home, chilli and sauces provided are good though. Overall, can only say, lacklustre. One of my favorite NTUC outlets in Singapore. It's quite big here and you will be able to find a lot of stuff. The reason why I love it is because this outlet sells some items which are not available at other outlets, for example, sports apparel, men's briefs, bed linen, etc. They also sell chicken rice bento here, yes! Bento sets! Highly recommended.

Smile because the staff here are pleasant and helpful, the food is fresh and prices are reasonable.

Great. the place is quite big. You can find a variety of products there. Self check out counters are available.

You can find most of the items here. Be prepared to queue cause its very crowded during evening time n weekends.

Very good variety and brightly lit. Just beware the long snaking queues, especially during peak hours. I believe is is also open 24/7 though I've never ventured there late. Carpark entrance right next to the exit, so convenient if you're driving.

Big and spacious with lots of variety. Best of all, it is open 24 Hours! Just enter from the front (check out area) after mall hours. Has ready to eat sushi and roasted chicken as well for those who prefer not to cook. And also has a wet market area with live fish and prawns during day time for those who like it super fresh.

Love the halal roasted chickens section. The sushi section and also this ntuc is conveniently 24hrs.

Hillion Mall Fairprice is new and clean. It on the ground floor. It has only 1 level. Usually I like to go there in the morning. You can see all the fresh vegetable n seafood. When u see the place is clean, u enjoy shopping. I hope they keep it that way forever Their staff also very helpful.

Went here on the weekend. Super crowded but it went smoothly Manage to get what I needed. There are some promotion going on here and there. Counter service was fast and every lanes are open to get rid of the long queue 😊

Thanks a lot for the Ntuc lady at the self-payment counter that is very patient to help me on using ntuc member mobile apps to pay for 50% discount item this late afternoon as I didn’t bring the membership card along. Thanks for good service

Above average fairprice which is on the larger side so naturally has larger selections. It is 24/7 which is a bit odd since its deep in the mall but I came here at like 2AM via the main hillion door infront of the MRT and that seemed to be the way you get here.

Otherwise yeah its next to a carpark too and has an atm right inside the shop and has self checkout counters as well.

The self-checkout can't really hold 1 basket full of items, packed.

5 stars because I bought some breakfast ham. Could've been 6 if they didn't run out of Nissin Tom Yam cup noodles

I m impressed with customer service.
Forgot one of my bag with fairprice purchase inside. Just went randomly 2 days after to check if they had still my items and YES they kept it.
This is where this staff make the difference. Unique in their kind...

This NTUC outlet is open 24 hours. There's ample parking at Hillion Mall. I would avoid coming here during peak hours as it's part of the integrated transport hub and can get extremely crowded between 6pm and 9.30pm.

This NTUC is quite large and has an extensive array of groceries. Also stock most items sold at Finest outlets.

First impression, when you step in already will give you an awe feeling.Easy to locate your items, spacious manoeuvring area, well spread items on display, clean and almost everything you need is ready.

Shopping at here always gives me the pleasant feeling because of good quality of customer service. I agree that, almost all of the staff are so well-trained, courteous, humble and patient. All these have shown when I need guidance to find out items as well as when I forgot to weigh fruit/vegetables, the counter staff will halt the scanning process and personally assist me instead of asking me to weigh by myself using demanding tone (I don't deny that we can lose the patience after serving customer and standing on feet for long hours by doing repetitive job). I hereby want to especially praise Ms. Lee Xin Hung (counter staff). Her patience, very humble and polite attitude has made my shopping experience at Fairprice out of expectation and very pleasant.

If you're grocery shopping on a Sunday, it's always better to do it between 11am to 2pm is always my favourite because this is the time with least crowd and queue. Some items are found here and not the outlet at bukit panjang plaza, but some items vice versa (Brown Brothers Sauvignon). I've heard that the some of the things here are pricier or than the bukit panjang ntuc but I'm just glad that both malls have it because it just makes it super convenient!! Cheers!!
