To Management. Big shop with one only cashier. See the waiting line already no feel to buying..

I called many times at different times and no one answered. The employee even hung up on me!! Is it that hard to answer a damn phone?? The staff quantity is really disappointed, i can see now got hired foreigners but pls hire MORE CHINESE STAFF, the purpose of hiring staff is to help customers when facing difficulties but the foreigners don't even understand what i'm saying. I hope the boss really look through the review since there is already so many of it.....

虽然我们顾客有错，但是员工可以拿死这个字来警告人家吗？墙壁没放警示牌不可以涂鸦，又看到那么多字以为可以写 希望可以放个警告牌在墙壁 以免以后还有更多人不知道去涂

柜台的人服务态度太差了我想请问老板为什么会请这种会骂顾客的人来做工是想要早点倒闭吗？不会再来第二次了要买什么什么没有
