Cozy place ada eco shop ada eco plus ada boat noodle ada waffle ada subway ada street food

This place has been renovated since last time i came here years ago. The second floor seems not functioning anymore. There shops including CMart itself, MrDiy, Subway, Max10, nasi kandar yasmeen etc. And i didnt found ATM here. Is it exist there..?

A good and nice place to do shopping, cleanliness is tip top,not that much people around, ample parking at the ground floor and large parking area outside.
Has a wide range of items sold here. Price wise, its in the middle, not cheap, not expensive,standard price.
Good place to do shopping especially if you are living nearby in Simpang Ampat.

A place to get your all daily needs conveniently. Some choices of restaurants and cafe to dine in.

Also best service me and my friend enjoy it very much

Convenient, 1 stop solution for daily freshers such as, chicken, beef, vegetables, groceries and many more, thus a cleaner indoor wet market. Easy to get carpark, restaurants around, and school around. Suitable for family.

best shopping here . no crowded people

The foods are delicious at reasonable price. Tandoori rice, spaghetti, fried chicken, all good.

It is convenice me and my family for grocery, watson and mr.diy. but seems like they need some strategy to attract more seller and more customer. Hopefully the management can be manage or control the restaurant to meet the level of cleanliness. Many flies and dirty window look from the outside.

Somehow, it gotten smaller, few years back, it was two storey mall with awesome event every weekend. Now, just a place to do plain household shopping. But still a good place to find some groceries and daily shopping

The only big hypermarket available in this region (Bamdar Taek Mutiara). There are other hypermarket nearby but it is consist of few shoplots combined into one. Plenty of parking area which is free and there are restaurant and cafe below the hypermarket since it is within a mall (Pearl City Mall).

Convenient store in Bandar Tasek Mutiara, not so big but some groceries is cheap.

After renovation C Mart now offering more fresh veggies and fruits than before renovation
