Located directly in the middle of the new housing area of Bandar Tasik Mutiara/Pearl City. A very good shopping place, not much crowded and not many shops are open as the area is still coming up. Has a supermarket(C-Mart), 7-Eleven, Mr. DIY and many cafes and restaurants. There are ample parkings, you can either park inside the building or outside. Sometimes, they have fun fairs or events in front of the open parking area.

Sakura Home located at Pearl City Mall. Various used products from Japan still in good condition at reasonable price. Must visit 😀

4 supermarkets in 1 place. C-Mart, Mr DIY, eco-shop (RM2.10 Shop) and 7-Eleven.

There have Poslaju, Subway, Fairy Bread & Cake, and Restoran Nasi Kandar Yasmeen.

I would say not the place for "lepak kaki" although not is not the time, but majority people come here just do their business around 15 to 45 minutes shopping and go.

Free parking available, C-Mart opens daily 10:30am to 10:30pm, 7-Eleven, Watsons, Subway, Mr. DIY, Fairy Bakery, Blackwood Coffee & Chocolate, Kopitan Classic, Yasmeen Nasi Kandar, Bicycle shop, Optical, Watches, Mobile phones, Japanese second-hand shop, etc.

Five star is because it is quite convenient to us. This place is not a busy and congested like the other local hypermarket. Many parking lot for indoor and outdoor. And it is enough for me and family able to get for what we want. Like MR.DIY, Watsons, and the new tenant Poslaju.

But pearl city mall must control the tenant cleaningness. The few tenant food shop glass is just terible dirty and disgusting.

Full of parking lot available. You can have your car washed, shopping, enjoy nasi kandar yasmeen there. And subway as well..Parking is free too..

Great place if u want to buy glocerues things. Not much clothes. Have some bags. Things some are quitr cheap. Have some restaurants inside. Watson also there.
