Pagi tadi beli karipap rsa dia sedap dan size karipap pun besar berbaloi la dengan harga. Supervisor dengan staff pun serve dengan nice sbb inform cust duration time untuk karipap masak👍🏻👍🏻 excellent service.

The Waka disposable has been used, the packaging wasn't sealed and sticker at the bottom of the pod has been removed!

Just now I visited the store to buy a bottle of tea and disposable e-cigarette Waka Colour oolong tea.

No issue with the tea but I think the Waka e-cigarete was not brand new in box (someone has opened it before), when I opened the box, i found the plastic cover has been torn and the sticker at the bottom of the pod has been removed.

The cashier was the short girl with hijab and glasses and when I asked this thing to her, it seems she does not want to responsible with it. (I asked her, "hi, is the packaging of this e-cigarete has been opened like this?" and the she said "yes", without explaining or do something)

unfortunately I had opened the box outside the store so I cannot prove it that the e-cigarete had been open not by me.

You may checked the CCTV to see the cashier area, you may find someone used/opened one of the Waka Oolong Ice Tea (Color green) and put it back there.

CLOSED. Visit 3× on middle may (morning yet closed) no notice saying moving out/renovation, roller shutter fully close. If still remain same by next week i'm gonna tell Google this place SHUT DOWN.

It's not the first time I wait long time for nothing

Of all 7eleven I’ve visited, this branch must be the worst of them all.
Ever since MCO started, all cashless payment have been rejected, you should always bring cash if you want to buy something.
They always run out of small change, I can see why! It’s barely functioning. Staff are all good and friendly, I have no issue with any of the staff there. I wish this branch would look after the place and the staff who works there.
Fix the payment gateway, it’s inconvenient these days to deal with cash.

Staff simply put as toilet break and closed for a long time while just siting inside. Once i knock the glass loudly, she came and opened. Happened on 5/8/2022 @ 2-2.30am

The staff name Iman or Aiman not sure about it.. during my visit was at 22:00hrs on 23rd Dec 2018. He rejecting my payment for a milk. His reason that he doesnt have enoug change until the next morning. Hello, one guy just purchase topup and made payment rm60. I saw with my own eyes that he have change after the guy made payment. Im purchasing a milk RM2.17. I gave him RM20.25, and he rejecting my payment multiple time and he is being rude. As a customer, not having enough change is not a major problem to me. It is your responsibilities to ensure have enoigh change for customer. Dont lie and being rude. Not going to come again.
