KFC Cyberjaya

I ordered 5 piece bucket but i was surprised received 7. but after further observation the extra 2 piece was to compensate another 2 smaller so that similar size to the other 3 bigger piece. satisfied with the initiative by the branch team.. also i Tried to order pick-up option via food panda coming from work, but the option was only available for next morning. So had to order at the place.. lucky its still empty and not many visitors yet come in. was also lucky despite almost full parking, managed to get 1 slot after coincidently another car was exiting the park when i was just arriving..

Self order kiosks available.
Staff friendly and helpful.

I had a situation with KFC Cyberjaya store whereas I ordered online for a self-collection from this store but then one item wasn't as accurate as advertised; because an ingredient was missing when I already unpacked it at home. I raised a complaint on KFC Facebook messenger bot (conversation with a robot already programmed with certain Q&A). Two days later, I got contacted by the store supervisor and she apologized for what happened and offered me a free combo which was really nice of them to do so and I totally understood that at the end of the day we all are humans and we are prone to make mistakes.

I want to thank the supervisor of this store for how she handled my case with grace and professionalism, I really appreciated it. Keep up the good work.

On another note, The food from KFC Cyberjaya store is always nice and fresh, at least for me. Parking can be sometimes a problem but it's eventually manageable.

And by the way, it's a 24hrs KFC store, however, delivery orders are from 11:00 am until 10:30 pm.

Awesome experience as always 👍 Accidentally spilled my drink, and the staff was so nice, they offered me another drink. What else can make a customer happy 😊

Service is getting better, staff is friendly. For food quality and size, we can't put the blame on restaurant since this control by HQ.

I could only comment on the services and customer impact. So far as visit this branch more than 10 times. Service is good, staff friendly and helpful

Okla not that bad.quite spacious.
But if u go during lunch time, have to allocate some time for queing at least 10 -15 mins queing .

They are shortage of fried chicken! Only burgers and nuggest are available.

I like new KFC at cyberjaya now. Last time i come. That was bad experience! Now im happy you have fast system to serve your customers!

Good place for quick bite, but difficult to find parking at lunch hour. Tips, park at Petronas nearby.

less people and get food very quickly, so I got time to eat and arrived Putrajaya Sentral on time.

Me and my son love KFC very much, cyberjaya outlet is very good and clean, staffs are also very friendly

Recent improvements in their service has taken this outlet from horrible to the next level in good service. They listen to your requests, serve fresh fried chicken and deliveries are in a timely manner. Well done guys! Keep up the great work.

This restaurant is open 24 hours, lots of parking space. Big sitting upstairs. If you can't climb stairs they have some arrangements on ground floor also but can't use toilets because they are upstairs. They place is clean but staff is OK they should keep changing thier shifts so that they are fresh and deal with smile.

Fast service and satisfactory staff. The place is quite empty which is okay be me. There is always space to sit even during peak hours. Food meets expectations. Only thing is that it is alwags freezing there probably because of the very less number of people in the room. Also staff takes awhile to clean up which is a minor thing.

This place is good and as expected of a KFC restaurant. However, you can also expect the same amount of customers at good KFC.

During busy lunch and dinner hours can be very busy and will have very long waiting lines. Prepare to wait for some time.

On the plus side, they have recently upgraded their ordering system to have touch screens.

Sometimes many people, so need to wait. And they follow the SOP nicely and correctly.
Many people means that they fry chicken more often, which is good for us.
