Simple neighbourhood 7-11 convenience store located right above Braddell MRT. Has an OCBC ATM, sells ice, EasyLink top-ups, and many common grocery items. Good place to top up on daily necessities on the way home. There’s also a smaller 7-11 located at the underground section of Braddell MRT across the road (near Exit B).

On Sunday, 25th june 2023, 810pm - 830pm.
We were there to buy some drinks. When my partner wanted to pay there was a problem with the terminal hence she went off to draw cash. The staff, an Indian guy, cashier wearing YUU tee shirt gave me attitude to step aside. After few transactions he asked sarcastically why did draw from them. I was surprised as I said why didn't tell me earlier. Seriously after that, he was all drama, told me I don't like him, basically said I wanted to find fault with him. In the end I told him that his store has a cctv and all is recorded. I know 7-11 staff is not well known for customer service. But to be mocked at by your staff is totally unacceptable. I demand an answer from the management soon.

I didn’t want to waste my time writing a review here but as a customer i was treated unrespect, I think it is necessary to put up my opinion here.
Please note that this has nothing to do with 711 but on a specific staff - the old long hair lady at this branch!
I am complaining about your service because I encountered some really poor customer service from her, her attitude is EXTREMELY POOR and RUDE.
She threw sarcasm at the customer over the counter! and it was not the first time ok!
Will not patron since there are so many choices in this area!

If possible I would've given no star. Bad service in this 7-11 outlet. Staff has little knowledge of their own services and what to do when incidents occur.
