Thank You Anisha and the Better Toy Store team at Tanglin Mall. Ive lost a toy that Ive bought earlier from Paragon branch and was frantically searching for it. Ive lost it after leaving the store and went around the mall. They still helped me to take care of my little one and organising a replacement to be pick up next day. Miracle happened shortly after. The toy was found. We always drop by the Paragon store regularly everytime we visiting Singapore. It is one of the best toy store in the country. Looking forward to our next visit.

A great selection of toys and we love to visit the physical stores as well as shop online. My go to place for toys for my kids and for gifts. The customer service is second to none, so friendly and helpful; they really helped me out of a bind ahead of a last minute birthday party.

I would like to share a very positive review. The Better Toy Store reacted amazingly well to a problem with a toy we bought from them for Christmas. They answer our concerns within minutes and arranged for pick up of the damaged toy and delivery of a new one at our home the day right after Christmas. Excellent selection of toys there and fantastic customer service staff !

Our favorite stop for all kids of toys. Mostly european brands: puzzles, table and cards games, plush toys, wooden toy kitchens and a long list of etc.
