Suukee Satay is a popular satay establishment in Melaka. Its range of satay includes pork, (liver, gizzard, intestines) and chicken satay. The satay is prepared using a secret family recipe that has been passed down through the generations. The meat used for the satay is carefully selected and marinated with a blend of spices and herbs for several hours, giving it a rich and flavorful taste and served with its delicious satay sauce. In addition, its friendly and welcoming atmosphere makes it a popular spot for both locals and tourists.

1st time trying the Hainanese Satay. Recommended to order the pork belly satay, namyu satay, pork liver or the pork intestines. Everything just hits the right spot. the pork satay is very tender and nice.. much better than the chicken ones... The main highlight is their sauce which has pineapple in it to increase the flavour. The pineapple tastes as if it's been caramelized but however they did it, it goes perfectly with the satay and the cucumber, making it so so so addictive. You'll lick the plate clean at the end. **The sauce is refillable and I've seen people refilling while waiting for my order. Ketupat and everything else is add-on, it's not free. Ketupat here is good as well.
I also love the cendol here and would come back to savour it again and again. The cendol uses original gula melaka and the santan is very rich and concentrated. The so called “被海南satay耽误的娘惹Cendol”!! 😋😋
Definitely worth coming to try and it’s affordable as well. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.

Came here for pork satay as I didn't want to go to the usual outlets that are packed with tourists. Parking is ample and there is no crowd so service is fast.
Besides the pork satay, Suukee also serves pretty good otak2 and if you want to try something unique, go for the satay pizza. Sounds strange but trust me, it is actually quite good.

Succulent & well marinated satays. Only ordered pork since several reviews highlighted that chicken is too dry.
And indeed the normal pork, pork belly & fermented beancurd marinated ones are really good. Especially pork belly ones, good ratio of fats!
Note that the cucumber & onions are chargeable, RM 12.
Felt that the satay is too citrusy & sourish, probably because it contains a lot of pineapple in it. Would prefer my sauce to have more grounded peanuts in the sauce.

Tasty hainanese style pork sate. There's pork offals and chicken on the menu too. Sate sauce is made with peanuts and pineapple, different from the usual date sauces. Cendol was also a delight, the palm sugar in melaka is really something different compared to the palm sugar you get in other states. A recommendation to visit when you're in melaka.

This was a big surprise to me because I personally never had Hainanese Satay before! Unlike Malay Satay whereby the meat is marinated in the same old yellow lemongrass(?) marinate and grilled, this type of satay was savoury and matched the flavour profile of the meat used. I am not saying that the common Malay Satay is boring, I just prefer a more savoury marination as oppose to the sweet kind! Why not try both! 😋 If you do come here, the pork belly skewers are a definite must, it is the best tasting foodstuff I have had in all my years of coming back to Melaka to visit my family. Chendol was great too! Not to sweet nor surfeit 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Juicy satay and their otak otak actually has tone to it. Not just some mush in your mouth. I often get dissapointed by dry satay so this is a really pleasant surprise. But i must say its pricey. Most satay is pricey so i am not sure how this compares to the rest. Taste and texture wise, best i had in melaka.

Hainanese satay in Melaka. Sedap. Cannot stop. Tried almost all their satay, from pig intestines, liver, chicken gizzard, pork meat and pork belly. Me and my gf, our final count after several additional orders, 46 sticks. Once you start, you can't stop! We are from KL, so we are very amazed with the difference of satay in Melaka and KL.
Their satay sauce has pineapple in it, extra zest and tangy. And we came here straight after having our pork chop noodles (at another place called Kedai Makan Heng Long) for lunch. This was supposed to be some snack before we return to KL. Cannot imagine if we didn't had lunch first!
The place has a slightly cooling because of air conditioning, great for our crazy hot weather.

Ordered the satay and otah! Loved it! The sauce is pretty good, with a hint of pineapple.
The drinks were all powdered drinks so I don't feel that it is fantastic.

Very good quality Satay and the sauce is amazing. The Satay price is above average Satay price however it is absolutely worth it.

As a local i really like this satay shop, its hainanese satay gravey is made of pineapple and spices, it has few things that’s not available at conventional satay shops such as the beancurd skin with fish paste, otak-otak, ketupat. They use chargoal to grill the satay and lets you refill the gravey, minimum peanut is sprinkled on top, but i suggest to add more peanut in the gravey to add more nutty flavor taste to it. One satay (pork/ chicken)cost about RM0.90, they cut off the burnt meat. I suggest to go during dinner time because its not as crowded as the other restaurant nearby.
The onions and cucumber costs about Rm1.00 but its very nice to eat with it. Not too pricey like KL shops i think its fine to eat here.
