The attendant is very attentive and friendly. Even our car plate is sg, the price is reasonable. Sally, one of the attendant was very kind to drive us out for lunch. All of the attendant were patience, professional and kind in explaning the problem and procedure. Really grateful that we meet this nice people when we are so desperate and helpless, as the car breakdown midway if the road.

Have been coming here since 2014 and is still the best Nissan Service Centre in Melaka. Very friendly service advisors, ease contact, inquiries & follow ups before, during & after service job. Able to get good estimation on the cost & period for every service jobs with recommendations for next scheduled maintenance. If you're someone who's tight on budget, you always have an option to go to other workshops to get the same job done for lower prices due to lower labour rates & different brand of items used. But for someone who's intention is to prolong the lifespan of their car & preserve the originality & fine workmanship of their car as per earlier times of purchasing the car, I would recommend sending your car to the authorised service centres to ease the hassle of comparing prices between workshops & overlooked issues of your cars. Nissan Service Centre Melaka Cheng is one of the best option there is. My 2014 Nissan Grand Livina is still as comfort & fast as it can go at the time of its purchase. Properly maintained car = Reliable car 👍

Friendly staff. Friendly manager. Good technical advice. Price wise quite expensive. But that goes to all original service center all over Malaysia. Service quality is good. Airconditioned waiting area with large tv and variety tv station to choose. Free range of newspapers and free non-alcohol drinks ranging from hot cocoa to hot white coffee. For Muslims there is also airconditioned and comfortable prayer room. I can't ask for more.
